5-3, Premier League, Stamford Bridge, 29/10 -11
van Persie 36, 85, 90,
Santos 49,
Walcott 55
Am still Buzzing from the game and probably will be for a while now! Even more so as I'm going to London on Monday and then to the Emirates on Tuesday to watch the game! Am soooo excited!! Anyway,, back to this wonderful game! Our captain outdid himself once again! He is in an amazing form and by far the talisman of the team!
We got off to a rather poor start as Chelsea took the lead, but before long we equalized through an amazing team-move, finished off by no-one else than Robin van Persie! Ramsey provided a great pass through the Chelsea back four to Gervinho, who was selfless in passing the ball to the Dutchman, who could finish it off with hardly anything more than a tap-in. However, we had to suffer further as Terry scored from a corner just seconds before the first half was over.
We started the second half really good and an amazing run from Santos resulted in him scoring, yet again! , for the club! Have to say that I'm not used to having a full-back this potent to scoring, but can't say that I don't enjoy it!
Then to more or less everyone's surprise, we took the lead! This goal is probably my personal favourite of the game. Theo Walcott received the ball from a short-taken free-kick, as he gathered pace he was fouled by a Chelsea player, but instead of staying down he got up quickly, surprising the entire defence and through some amazing skill he got past everyone and scored from an amazing strike! A wonderful achievement from the young Englishman!
To our bitter disappointment Mata equalized for Chelsea with ten minutes to go, especially sour was the fact that Lukaku, who wasn't even near the ball, took down Santos just to clear space for Mata! , and I must admit that my hopes for winning the game died with that goal. But a certain Dutch forward never seizes to amaze me! And through some divine intervention, Robin van Persie got a one-on-one chance with the Cech when Terry slipped! And our captain didn't let us down! He sealed the game for us in added-time, van Persie received a pass from Arteta and fired a great shot to win us the game!
For the first time in a long time I feel truly proud of being an Arsenal fan! And these are the moments to hold on to in times of darkness..
Oh! I almost forgot, I'm going to London on Monday! oh wait,, I didn't.. Mentioned that in the beginning, didn't I... Well,, I just have to say one more thing! I've once again won a competition in the Arsenal Magazine! Won FIFA12! Really amazing! Have now won two times in something like four attempts!

Arsenal vs. Bolton
2-1, Carling Cup 4th Round, Emirates, 26/10 -11
Arshavin 53,
Young Park 56
Amazing play from the team to come from behind to win this game, especially turning the game in three minutes! Also really glad for Ju Young Park to score his first goal for us and having a really good game, same goes for Arshavin who looks to be back in better form after a goal and an assist in this game.
We dominated the first half but couldn't find the breakthrough. And then came the second half and straight away we found ourselves trailing even though we had stacked up tons of chances and completely dominated the play!
However, the Bolton lead didn't last for long thanks to a great, quick comeback from the Arsenal! First, Arshavin received the ball from Benayoun and finished superbly in the far corner! Barely three minutes later the Russian playmaker teed up Ju Young Park who made a great run on the left-hand side and placed it past the Bolton 'keeper.
Injury Update;
-Vermaelen made his own comeback in this game and am absolutely delighted to see him back! Meaning that he'll make the Chelsea game on Saturday as well.

Arsenal vs. Stoke
3-1, Premier League, Emirates, 23/10 -11
Gervinho 27,
van Persie 73, 82
Not a convincing performance until van Persie came along in the second half, he really has been amazing for us this season and one can only pray that it will continue!
We dominated the entire game but couldn't find enough chances to score. The first goal came along really beautifully when Ramsey chipped it over the top of the defense for Gervinho to tap it into the net.
Stoke eventually equalized and the game were rather even in the second half until our captain came on. van Persie scored twice to win us the game and both assists came from Gervinho.
Injury Update:
-Gibbs is still out for some time as well as Jenkinson.

Ramsey 92
Sorry about the late post but have had a busy week! Anyways, magic night even though it didn't seem as though it would turn out that way for most of the evening! Ramsey had a great shot in the final minute to grant us an amazing chance to qualify! Am soo looking forward for the return game at the Emirates as I'll be at the stadium for that one!

Arsenal vs. Sunderland
2-1, Premier League, Emirates, 16/10 -11
van Persie 1, 83
Vital win, but to be honest we should have been able to ease through this game. We played some really good football the first twenty minutes, but when Sunderland got their equalizer we dropped our level immensly.
However, amazing stuff from van Persie in this game! Once again he ensures that we get the three points from a game. His first goal came after just 29 seconds! An amazing shot from the skipper, it was the fastest goal ever scored by the Arsenal in the league! His second was a really beautiful goal from a free kick, perfectly placed in the top corner.
So three vital points to build on, and now we travel to France for a difficult clash with Marseille.
Injury Update;
-Gibbs picked up a injury in this game and won't travel to France.
-Vermaelen will be back in about a week!
-Ramsey was injured for this game but he will be back for the game against Marseille.

Tottenham vs. Arsenal
1-2, Premier League, White Hart Lane, 2/10 -11
Ramsey 56
We seem to be forever doomed to be the team that dominates and still loses. It has happened countless times in the past, but I no longer know whether I should take it as an encouragement since we've played like shit lately and lost anyway... Our midfield dominated this game, but unfortunately our defense is too weak still...
Don't really know what else I'm supposed to say... Great cross from Song that led to Ramsey's tap in... And also, our MOTM today was definitely Coquelin! He was astounding in the holding midfield role and am really pleased to see one of the youngsters from the academy come through in this fashion.

Arsenal vs. Olympiacos
2-1, Champions League, Emirates, 28/9 -11
Oxlade-Chamberlain 8,
Santos 20
We had some great offensive play in this game, but occasionally our defensive play was frightening! However, that is not down to the back four, Song (who deputised as centre-half due to an injury to Koscielny) and Santos were amazing in this game. Am really impressed by the Brazilian's passing ability!
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored in his debut in the Champions League, a superb move from him and a great finish! I don't think I'm the only one whose expecting wonders from him in the future!
Before long we extended our lead, with yet another debut goal! Andre Santos fired into the back of the net after some great play inside the box! I'm not used to seeing that kind of play from a full-back, but can't say that I didn't enjoy it!
Injury Update;
-Koscielny will most certainly miss the game against Tottenham on sunday, so is likely that Song will play as a centre-half yet again.
-Gervinho is a doubt for the derby on sunday, same goes for Theo.
